Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have clear rights regarding your personal data. On this page you can exercise them simply and quickly.

Your GDPR Rights

As a data subject, the UK GDPR grants you the following rights in relation to your personal data processed by ZUS Software:

Right of access

You can request a copy of all the personal data we hold about you.

Right to rectification

You can request the correction of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data.

Right to erasure

You can request the erasure of your data (“the right to be forgotten”) under certain conditions.

Right to restriction of processing

You can request the restriction of the processing of your data in certain circumstances.

Right to data portability

You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format (e.g. JSON/CSV).

Right to object

You can object to the processing of your data in certain situations.

How It Works

Exercising your rights is a simple process:

  1. You complete the form below with your contact details and the type of request
  2. The request is sent to the ZUS Software team by email
  3. We verify your identity (to protect your data)
  4. We respond within a maximum of 30 calendar days

Identity verification: To protect your data from unauthorised access, we may ask you to provide additional proof of identity before we process the request.

Response Times

Under the UK GDPR (Art. 12), we will respond to your requests:

  • Normally: within 30 calendar days of receiving the request
  • Complex requests: We may extend the deadline by a further 60 days, notifying you in advance
  • Free of charge: Processing requests is normally free of charge
  • Fee: We may charge a reasonable fee for repetitive or excessive requests

Important note: The 30-day period starts from the moment we have confirmed your identity. If we need additional information for verification, the period is suspended until this is provided.

If you believe your rights under the UK GDPR have been breached or you have not received a satisfactory response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with:
